• Account & contact details — your name, email, mobile number, role and designation.
• Business details — your organisation’s name, addresses and GST registration number (GSTIN), used to set up your organisation and to identify the correct service site.
• Service information — details needed to serve you, such as machines and serial numbers, service tickets, job notes, site addresses, service reports and feedback.
• Device & technical data — device and app details, push-notification tokens (e.g. Firebase Cloud Messaging) used to deliver alerts, and log data such as IP address and timestamps.
• Website enquiries — information you submit through enquiry or download forms on this website.

We never ask for your passwords, OTPs or payment card details through our WhatsApp, email or push messages.

We use your information to:

• create and manage your account and organisation;
• raise, assign, schedule and track service tickets and jobs, and dispatch engineers to the correct site;
• send you service notifications about your tickets, visits and jobs by WhatsApp, email and in-app/push;
• provide support and respond to your enquiries;
• keep our services secure and prevent misuse;
• meet our legal obligations.

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (from Meta Platforms, Inc.), along with email and push notifications, to send transactional service messages about your account and jobs — for example when a ticket is created, an engineer is assigned, a visit is scheduled, or a job is completed. These go to the mobile number or email linked to your account.

• These are service and utility messages tied to your interactions with us — we do not use WhatsApp for unsolicited marketing.
• When we message you on WhatsApp, your phone number and message content are processed by Meta under Meta’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Opting out: because these relate to your own account and jobs, they are part of using the platform. If you no longer wish to receive them on WhatsApp, you can block our number in WhatsApp, or email us at connect@krishamechatronics.com and we will turn off WhatsApp notifications for your account.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our services, with:

• Service providers acting on our behalf — Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) for WhatsApp, Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) for push, and our email, hosting and storage providers.
• Your organisation — authorised administrators of your organisation and the Krisha Mechatronics staff and engineers delivering your service.
• Legal & safety — where required by law or to protect the rights, safety and property of Krisha Mechatronics, our users or the public.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services, and thereafter only as long as required to meet our legal and legitimate business obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, hashed credentials and audit logging — to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work continually to keep your data safe.

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may access or correct your personal data, request its erasure when it is no longer required (available in the Krisha Connect app under your account settings), withdraw consent for notifications, or raise a grievance with us. To exercise these rights, use the contact details below; we may need to verify your identity first.

Our services are intended for businesses and users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
